Student tax files are not marketing data. They come from campus records the school already holds. They leave as a prepared nonresident return. They are not used to sell other services, to build a public dashboard, or to put a student on a call list.
Who processes the files
Preparation, review, and filing are done by Wolters Kluwer / CCH CPAs when a campus needs that work. Compute for the files runs under NVIDIA Confidential Computing, so the data stays protected while it is being processed. Vesper is a member of the NVIDIA Developer Program. Both process under contract. Vesper operators who need the file in order to do the work may see it. Nobody else should.
How long records are kept
Files are retained only as long as the return and the campus’s record-keeping require, then removed. Retention is set in the written agreement with the campus or conference.
