Vesper

The professional tax work for international students on scholarship.

Vesper puts each student’s file together. CPAs prepare and file the return. The student never pays.

The records already sit on campus.

Campuses already have the 1042-S and the bursar record. Vesper reads what was actually paid — qualified tuition on one side, housing and travel on the other — student by student.

The return is prepared by CPAs.

This is not a self-service app. Where a campus already has a filing product, Vesper works through it. Where it does not, Wolters Kluwer / CCH CPAs prepare, review, and file the nonresident return.

The student is not the customer.

The student does not buy a code. The student does not pay a state-return fee. The work is commissioned above them.
